Wrk was built by filmmakers, not account managers. While our parent company, Jump Point, focuses on video marketing and advertising more broadly, we founded Wrk to bring that same level of creativity and polish specifically to the world of employer brand and talent acquisition.

From the start, you’ll collaborate directly with the people who will be on site creating your video, shaping a shared vision for how your employer brand will show up and carrying that vision through to the final product.

Because the same team is responsible for both the creative and the execution, our ideas are grounded in a real understanding of what is possible. That perspective allows us to recommend approaches that are not just compelling creatively, but smart to produce. We consistently present concepts and approaches teams would not expect to be possible within their scope or budget.

We work extremely hard to deliver breakthrough work for our clients, but we are equally intentional about creating an on-set environment that feels calm, supportive, and fun. Our shoots are proof that high-end production doesn’t need to feel high-stress.
